Scope For Different Services

SCOPE OF CONSULTANCY SERVICE

PART A]

1)Establishing preliminary concepts of services and got approved from client.
2)Preparation of detailed design and drawing based on the concept finalized taking into account comments, if any, fom the client Copies of drawing shall be submitted.

PART B]

1)Obtaining enquires and tenders for various service and eqipment's ans assigning the client for negotiation with contractors/suppliers.
2)Security and approval of any manufacturer's drawing/details.
3)Inspection of material of equipment to ensure compatibility with the specification.
4)Security and certification of contractors bill on measurements on site.

PART C]

Site visits during execution to monitor and check the work done and rendering technical advice on site.
SCOPE OF WORK IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

1)Initial projrct co-ordination with the Developer, Architect and all Concultants.
2)Site supervision for R.C.C, brickwork, internal and external plaster, waterproofing, flooring ,plumbing,drainage, painting,polishing.
3)Study of Architect, R.C.C and service drawing.
4)Feedback to the builder on design and drawing as per the site situation.
5)Specification for each activity of Civil work.
6)appointment of Contractor along with Client.
7)Rare Analysis study for different activity.
8)Material estimation and indenting as per project in progress.
9)Material management ans wastage control on site.
10)Material checking about quality and quantity norms.
11)Quality control of Civil work and action for rectification if require.
12)Technical Audit of site staff by Head Office.
13)Training of staff for your Store people, which is in your scope.
14)Schedule of work, Bar Chart, Quantity and Cost Estimation.
15)Contractor's Bill checking and Certification.
16)Tender Specification for Civil work activity. 17)Project Day to Day supervision with daily progress and Material Reports.
18)Monthly reconciliation reports giving project details.
19)Co-ordination between different agencies.e.g Plumbing,electrical, Air Conditioning, Curtun Wall, Eurobond Panel.
SOURCE OF CONSULTING SERVICE IN PLUMBING,ELECTRICAL,FIRE FIGHTINING AND AIR CONDITIONING

1)Upon finalization of agreement, we submit a preliminary concept report of our services.
2)Based on concept Approval by Client/Arcitecher we go ahead with the preparation of drawing list followed by the detailed drawing within the scope preliminary concept.
3)Copies of Drawing shall then be submitted.
4)Preliminary estimate could then be given based on the drawing finalized.
5)As per requirement tender document could be submitted.
6)A minimum 1 site visit per week is made.
7)Co-ordination meeting shall be held with Client/Architect as work progress.
